Flagler County Sheriff’s Office Thanks Caesar DePaço & Summit Nutritionals
After receiving over 1,000 name suggestions, Sheriff Rick Staly and the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office are excited to introduce the newest member of our K-9 Unit: K-9 Titan!
Titan, a Belgian Malinois, was born on Oct. 21, 2024. He joins Master Deputy Marcus Dawson, following the tragic line-of-duty passing of his previous partner, K-9 Kyro, in October 2025.
Titan was purchased from HBK-9 at no cost to Flagler County taxpayers thanks to a generous donation from Dr. Caesar DePaço, his wife Deanna Padovini-DePaço, and Summit Nutritionals International, Inc. Dr. Caesar DePaço and his family have donated 11 dogs to the agency since 2015, including K-9 Kyro, saving taxpayers over $120,000.
